Drawing starts September 1, 2020 and runs through October 15, 2020 and is open to all Medicare Parts A and B eligible residents in the Independence Blue Cross service area: Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Winners will be contacted by NBC10 to share their healthy-living tips.
